Terms and Conditions

Last updated:

These terms govern your use of casinoentertainer.com. By reading or browsing the site you accept them. If you disagree with any part, please stop using Casino Entertainer.

Who runs Casino Entertainer

Casino Entertainer is published by Otrolume Publishing N.V., Zeelandia Commercial Center, Kaya W.F.G. (Jombi) Mensing 18, Willemstad, Curaçao. Wherever these terms say “we”, “us” or “the site”, they mean that company. You can reach us at [email protected].

What the site is

Casino Entertainer is an editorial guide for Canadian players. We review online casinos, compare welcome offers, explain payment methods such as Interac and iDebit, and describe how gambling is organised in each province. We do not run games, accept wagers, hold player funds or pay out winnings. Every bet you place is a contract between you and the operator you choose.

Age and provincial rules

You must be at least 19 to use the site (18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec), or older if a stricter rule applies where you are. Gambling in Canada is organised province by province: Ontario licenses private operators through the AGCO and iGaming Ontario, Alberta opened its market under the AGLC in July 2026, and in the other provinces the provincial lottery corporation is the authorised online operator. Before you sign up anywhere, check what the rules of your province allow. The fact that a casino is reviewed here does not make it licensed in your province. The disclaimer explains this in more detail.

Using our content

You may read, print and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Without written permission you may not:

Texts, ratings, layouts and original graphics belong to Otrolume Publishing N.V.. Casino names, game titles and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify the products we write about.

Operator links and commissions

Buttons and links that lead to a casino go through an address on our own domain that starts with /go/. Some of these links are affiliate links: if you open an account, the operator may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. How this works and how it affects the order of our lists is set out in the affiliate disclosure. Once you land on an operator’s site, its own terms, bonus rules and privacy policy apply.

Accuracy

We check bonuses, wagering requirements, limits and payment times when we write and update a review, but operators change their offers without telling us. Figures in Canadian dollars are given for orientation only. The terms on the operator’s cashier page are the ones that count — read them before you deposit.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from gambling, from decisions made on the basis of our content, from an operator’s refusal to pay, or from temporary unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Personal data and cookies

Each page sets two first-party cookies, mz_vid and mz_src; following a /go/ link adds mozbiz_session and XSRF-TOKEN. Details are in the privacy policy and the cookies policy.

Responsible gambling

Treat gambling as paid entertainment and set a budget before you play. If it stops being fun, use the deposit limits and self-exclusion tools offered by your operator and ask for help early. In Ontario, ConnexOntario answers on 1-866-531-2600, around the clock and free of charge. More resources are on our problem gambling page.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. They are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy in your province.
